Features:
1. The structural design of the terminal box is dedicated to the installation of adapter or pigtail. Only two box cover screws need to be unscrewed to open the shell up and down. The optical cable and pigtail can enter one side, which is convenient and reliable for installation. The shell material of the terminal box is made of high-quality metal steel plate with mold, which has good mechanical strength. The whole shell is treated by electrostatic spraying, with beautiful appearance, strong and durable.
2. The optical fiber splicing plate adopts the flip design, with an opening angle of more than 90 °, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of optical fiber. The bending radius of optical fiber in the plate completely meets the international standard. The optical fiber connector can be configured with a capacity of 6-12 cores.
Key points of operation:
1. The length of stripped optical cable reinforcement core shall be 35 mm (used for fixing the end of optical cable to the reinforcement core fixing device). The length of optical fiber with sheath shall be 420mm (used for fixing the optical fiber cable to the fixing of optical fiber splicing plate).
2. After the fiber is fused and connected, when receiving the fiber, the first circle is generally wound into a circle with a radius of not less than 37.5mm and put into the fiber receiving plate together with the fiber connector protection heat shrink tube (fix the fiber connector protection heat shrink tube into the groove first, and then expand the diameter of the placed fiber coil to a proper position)
